Throughout his minor hockey career, from Novice to Bantam, Sidney was an enthusiastic participant of the Joe Lamontagne shootout. Although he never won the event, it was always a highlight of his yearly Joe Lamontagne experience. Now Sidney is supporting young hockey players who look forward to this event as much as he did. Sidney is proud to sponsor the Joe Shootout for all divisions.
We want the shootout to continue to be one of the focal points of the tournament for the players, their teammates and families. Please come cheer on the participants and help create a memorable event for all."

Each team submits the names of 3 shooters and a goaltender when registering their team.
Shootouts are scheduled for all divisions, usually after your first game. In some cases, due to ice constraints, the shootout is scheduled before your first game. Please check the schedule to see when your shootout is.
Awards are given to the Top Shooter and Runner Up and the Top Goaltender and Runner Up.
The Novice teams will have a mini shootout at the end of each game. 4 skaters will take 1 shot on the opposing team's goalie. Different players will participate each game so that all players get a chance to shoot by the end of the tournament. There will be no winner, but all players will recieve a memento from the Crosby family.
